A new world class and family fun running event - Denver July 21...
"I loved the Double," says Cindy. "It was a very fun race. I plan to do it again," says Abel. "Will I run it again?...In a heartbeat!" stated Tim. "I loved every minute of it. This is a very unique event that I feel would be appealing to runners of all levels," said Tyson. "Really enjoyed the recovery zone," stated Kevin.
Denver, the Mile High City! This will be the first Double ever held at altitude, in an area where many elite runners go to take advantage of the training benefits of running at altitude. Tyler McCandless (left), one of America’s finest marathoners, is the race director, and the running mecca of Boulder, Colo., is only a short drive away.
The Double is challenging enough, in and of itself, but anyone looking for an extra challenge in running a Double should think of this event, which has all the makings of being a very popular competition in a Rocky Mountain High area with seemingly an endless number of runners.
Furthermore, this Double offers an interesting one-two punch: In addition to the added challenge of Denver’s 5,280-foot elevation, this Double will be run in one of Denver’s most attractive parks with dramatic views of the pristine Rocky Mountains!
